Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Clinical Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate clinical team performance on documentation and communications to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Analyze clinical interactions to identify trends and collaborate with departments to enhance patient experience
- Prepare internal quality reports and participate in training and audits related to clinical standards
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with an active nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of QA/QC or clinical safety experience
- 2-3 years of experience in reimbursement, healthcare billing, or health insurance processing is recommended
- Ability to learn and understand medication guidelines, FDA regulations, and HIPAA compliance
- Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
