Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Audit Operations and Consulting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with laws, process improvements, and clinical best practices
• Assess clinical documentation to identify potential risk areas related to billing and reporting
• Provide guidance to company leaders on clinical documentation best practices within the EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Licensed PT/OT/PTA/OTA with a minimum of 5 years in a clinical or compliance role
• Strong knowledge of PT/OT/SLP documentation, billing, and regulatory standards
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• High standards of ethical conduct
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
