Licensed Clinical Auditor Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Senior Auditor Technical Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation and mentorship of new hire auditors to the audit review process
• Develop and organize training materials for various lines of business
• Monitor and track training results and ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications and Education

• CCS, CPC, or CIC Coding certification required
• Preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 3-5 years of experience managing employees
• 5-7 years of experience with ICD-9/10CM, MS-DRG, AP-DRG, and APR-DRG
• High level of proficiency with audit technology and Microsoft Office applications
