Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Care Navigator - After Hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage crises and provide telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues
- Ensure client safety and connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities
- Adapt quickly to new protocols and contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; independent clinical licensure (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required
- Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting)
- Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
- Must be a full-time resident of the United States
