Licensed Clinical Care Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Care Navigator- Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client crises using evidence-based interventions, including risk assessment and safety planning
• Identify barriers to clinical care and connect clients to appropriate treatment options
• Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required, or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN)
• Two years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related experience
• Two years of post-license experience, preferably in EAP or clinical call center settings
• Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
