Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Care Navigator - After Hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and resources to members via a clinical phone queue
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis support, ensuring timely connection to care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and training

Required Qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist)
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience
• Experience in crisis assessment and safety planning
• Knowledge of CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused interventions
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with various computer platforms
