Licensed Clinical Care Navigator

Job Summary

Providing critical support in a remote part-time capacity, the Licensed Clinical Care Navigator will manage calls from members and providers, conduct utilization management reviews, and handle crisis calls while working Saturday and Sunday from 7am-6pm CST.

Key responsibilities

• Manage EAP service requests, conduct risk assessments, and connect members to appropriate resources
• Provide utilization management review and authorization for behavioral health and substance use disorder services
• Handle crisis call management by following established protocols and connecting members to emergency services as needed

Required qualifications

• Full clinical licensure with a master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience post-licensure in healthcare, behavioral health, or related settings
• Knowledge of utilization management procedures and mental health/substance abuse resources
• Strong computer skills for navigating various systems
• Active state licensure in social work, counseling, or nursing is required
