Job Summary

Providing expert clinical consultation and support, the full-time Licensed Clinical Care Navigator will coordinate responses to behavioral health concerns for employees and organizational leaders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical consultation and guidance to HR and leadership teams regarding employee behavioral health issues
  • Coordinate critical incident responses, including logistics and follow-up care outreach
  • Conduct proactive outreach to high-risk employees, offering support and care navigation
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required
  • Two years of post-license experience, preferably in EAP or clinical call center settings
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations and working with corporate leadership
  • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
