Licensed Clinical Care Navigator

Job Summary

Providing clinical support and resources, the part-time Licensed Clinical Care Navigator will work remotely from Tuesday to Saturday, 11am-7pm ET, assisting members with mental health and substance use concerns while ensuring safety and timely access to care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support and referrals on a clinical phone queue
• Assess risks and deliver crisis support and safety planning for high-risk members
• Coordinate care and services with Spring Health providers and multi-disciplinary teams

Required qualifications

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience
• Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning
• Knowledge of crisis support and solution-focused clinical interventions
• Tech-savvy with the ability to efficiently use various computer platforms
