Licensed Clinical Care Navigator

Job Summary

Providing overnight clinical support, the part-time Licensed Clinical Care Navigator will assess risks, offer crisis support, and connect members to appropriate mental health resources, working remotely from Tuesday to Saturday, 12am-8am ET.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support and psychoeducation through a clinical phone queue
• Assess risks and develop safety plans for high-risk members, ensuring timely connections to care
• Document interactions professionally and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance member experience

Required qualifications

• Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience
• Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning
• Knowledge of motivational interviewing and solution-focused clinical interventions
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various computer platforms
