Licensed Clinical Care Navigator

Job Summary

Providing after-hours clinical support, the part-time Licensed Clinical Care Navigator will engage with members seeking help for mental health, substance use, or relationship concerns, while working remotely from Tuesday to Saturday, 4pm-12am ET.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in-the-moment clinical support and connect members to appropriate referrals and resources
• Assess risks, provide crisis support, and ensure timely connection to care for high-risk members
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to promote effective care and enhance the member experience

Required qualifications

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience
• Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning
• Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, and motivational interviewing
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various computer platforms
