Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health - Work at Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members' needs and eligibility for services
• Utilize clinical judgment to develop care plans and coordinate services for optimal outcomes
• Perform crisis intervention and follow-up for members experiencing behavioral health or medical crises

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's degree
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse disorders for at least 3 years
• Experience with telephone communication and typing simultaneously for 3 years
• Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing and technology for 3 years
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license
