Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members' needs and eligibility
• Utilize clinical judgment to implement strategies for care planning and crisis intervention
• Coordinate with providers and psychosocial services to promote effective resource utilization

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's degree
• 3 years of knowledge in mental health and substance abuse disorders
• 3 years of experience in simultaneous phone communication and typing
• 3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing and technological skills
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license
