Job Summary

Licensed Clinical Claims Specialist, a full-time position, provides subject matter expertise and support to aging individuals and caregivers while collaborating with digital product teams to enhance user experiences in long-term care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education and resources to aging individuals and caregivers on care options
• Conduct consultations and intensive case management for users seeking assistance
• Collaborate with product and design teams to represent customer needs and improve digital products

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Licensed Social Worker or Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Geriatric Case Management
• Knowledge of Area Agency on Aging resources, Medicaid, and Medicare
• Experience in providing education and advocacy for aging populations and caregivers
• Proven ability to apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to problem-solving
