Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant - Clinical to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead clinical strategist for employer and consultant teams, shaping pharmacy and specialty benefit design
• Provide clinical expertise across therapeutic areas to guide plan decisions and formulary optimization
• Design and implement innovative clinical and cost-containment programs, translating clinical data into financial impact models

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• MBA, MPH, or advanced analytics degree (preferred)
• 10-15+ years of experience in managed care, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or employer benefit consulting
• Deep understanding of pharmacy economics and formulary management
