Licensed Clinical Consultant

Job Summary

Providing high-quality counseling and clinical case management services, the full-time Licensed Clinical Consultant will deliver short-term telephonic support to international clients while working remotely from Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees accessing services
• Deliver services professionally and respectfully, adhering to clinical protocols and operational standards
• Accurately document all relevant information for clinical case management

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology or Social Work
• Registration with the relevant professional body within Israel
• Minimum of 2 years post-masters working experience
• Experience in providing counseling within a short-term framework and case management
• Background in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field is preferred
