Licensed Clinical Consultant

Job Summary

To support the USPS service center, the full-time Licensed Clinical Consultant will provide telephonic crisis intervention, case management, and clinical consultation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephonic consultation, risk assessment, and crisis intervention for high-risk individuals
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert, offering real-time consultation and support to Intake Clinicians and management
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through case presentations

Required qualifications

• Master's and/or doctorate degree in a clinical mental health field from an accredited institution
• Current state license or certification to practice as a mental health practitioner
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience post-graduate degree
• Specialized experience in phone counseling and ability to conduct bio-psychosocial assessments
• Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding privacy and confidentiality
