Job Summary
To support the USPS service center, the full-time Licensed Clinical Consultant will provide telephonic crisis intervention, case management, and clinical consultation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide telephonic consultation, risk assessment, and crisis intervention for high-risk individuals
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert, offering real-time consultation and support to Intake Clinicians and management
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through case presentations
Required qualifications
- Master's and/or doctorate degree in a clinical mental health field from an accredited institution
- Current state license or certification to practice as a mental health practitioner
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience post-graduate degree
- Specialized experience in phone counseling and ability to conduct bio-psychosocial assessments
- Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding privacy and confidentiality
