Licensed Clinical Consultant

Job Summary

Providing clinical design and product support remotely, the full-time Licensed Clinical Consultant will assist eye care practitioners (ECPs) with training services, product education, and technical support for MSA products through phone and email consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to clinical and non-clinical consulting questions from ECPs, laboratories, and staff, primarily via phone
• Evaluate clinical data to recommend optimal lens parameters and MSA product designs to meet practitioner and patient needs
• Maintain documentation for lens design adjustments and collaborate with other consultants, sales, and customer service teams

Required qualifications

• 2 years of experience in contact lens fitting, consulting, or design (preferred)
• Licensed fitting optician and/or NCLE certified (preferred)
• Seeking professional licensure and/or NCLE certification within 2 years of hire
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new technologies as needed
• Ability to work effectively in a remote home office environment with a quiet space for consultations
