Job Summary

Providing telephonic and video counselling, the full-time Licensed Clinical Counsellor will engage with clients to offer emotional support and crisis management in a remote setting, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide single session telephonic and video counselling, including crisis management while maintaining client confidentiality
• Assess clients for appropriateness for short-term counselling and manage high-risk calls
• Develop treatment plans collaboratively and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology
• Licensure or clinical certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counselling or mental health services
• Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counselling modalities
• Training in crisis intervention and experience with high-risk clients beneficial
