Licensed Clinical Counsellor (Arabic)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Counsellor (Arabic Speaking) to provide mental health support remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and video counselling, crisis management, and support while maintaining client confidentiality
• Assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counselling and manage high-risk calls
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or diploma in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology
• Licensure or clinical certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counselling or mental health services
• Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counselling modalities
• Training in crisis intervention and experience with high-risk clients beneficial
