Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Counselor for its Employee Assistance Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, counseling, and informational services in a call center environment
• Conduct risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments to develop immediate action/safety plans
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to support positive clinical outcomes and continuity of care for members

Required Qualifications

• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LCSW)
• 1+ years of experience in EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services
• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience
• Availability for 24x7x365 call center coverage, including holidays
• Master's Degree in a behavioral health counseling profession
