Licensed Clinical Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Counselor for its Employee Assistance Program, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, and counseling services in a call center environment
• Conduct risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments to create immediate action plans
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure continuity of care and positive clinical outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with crisis intervention
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health counseling profession
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred
• Familiarity with brief therapy models and motivational interviewing preferred
