Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Counselor for its Employee Assistance Program, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, and counseling services in a call center environment
• Conduct risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments to develop immediate action/safety plans
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure positive clinical outcomes and continuity of care for members

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience required
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license in the state of residence
• Master's Degree in behavioral health counseling profession
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred
• Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing preferred
