Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, and safety planning
• Utilize advanced technology platforms to enhance member experience and outcomes
• Document information accurately and in real time while engaging with members via phone, video, or chat

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license to practice in the state of residence
• Availability for 24x7x365 call center coverage, including potential holiday coverage
• Master's Degree in a behavioral health counseling profession
• Experience in handling mental health and relationship concerns
