Licensed Clinical Counselor

Job Summary

Providing counseling and coaching services, the full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor will manage a caseload, deliver crisis support, and conduct clinical assessments in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a counseling caseload, including referrals, consultations, and return-to-work coaching
• Provide crisis support and conduct clinical intakes and assessments for clients
• Track program effectiveness metrics and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Active behavioral health licensure in good standing (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• 2-3 years of post-master's clinical experience
• Experience in crisis counseling, stabilization, and case management
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
