Job Summary
Providing counseling and coaching services, the full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor will manage a caseload, deliver crisis support, and conduct clinical assessments in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a counseling caseload, including referrals, consultations, and return-to-work coaching
- Provide crisis support and conduct clinical intakes and assessments for clients
- Track program effectiveness metrics and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Active behavioral health licensure in good standing (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- 2-3 years of post-master's clinical experience
- Experience in crisis counseling, stabilization, and case management
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
