Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Crisis Response & High-Acuity Care Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Crisis Managers team and oversee all active crisis cases
• Provide real-time supervision and consultation, ensuring adherence to crisis protocols and safety procedures
• Build and improve crisis response workflows and systems, including training and coaching staff on crisis intervention

Required Qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health clinician (PhD, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
• Eligible for licensure across all 50 states
• 8+ years of clinical experience post-licensure
• At least 2+ years of experience leading or managing crisis care or high-acuity clinical teams
• Strong judgment in high-risk, fast-moving situations
