Licensed Clinical Director
Job Summary
Leading clinical quality and care delivery, the full-time Licensed Clinical Director will supervise therapists, ensure high-quality affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients, and develop clinical standards in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the quality framework, chart review cadence, and outcome tracking for clinical measures
- Lead supervision, onboarding, and clinician development, integrating best practices for LGBTQ+ care
- Support clinical operations, including provider productivity, scheduling, and documentation workflows
Required qualifications
- Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LMHC, or Psychologist)
- 8+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health
- Demonstrated experience delivering affirming care to LGBTQ+ clients
- Experience supervising licensed and/or pre-licensed clinicians
- Strong background in clinical documentation and quality standards
