Job Summary
Providing dynamic leadership and oversight, the full-time Licensed Clinical Director, Speech-Language Pathology will manage the Speech and Language Therapy department, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency while maintaining a limited direct therapy caseload in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement best practices and clinical protocols for high-quality, evidence-based care
- Oversee quality assurance and clinical integrity of speech-language programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead onboarding and professional development for Speech-Language Pathologists, promoting a culture of collaboration and growth
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure and CCC-SLP credential, residing in one of the specified states (AZ, CA, CO, TX, WA, VA)
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a management or supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech-language therapy practices and healthcare regulations
