Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI).

Key Responsibilities

• Directs the execution of the CDI strategy across partner practices and leads a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborates with Market Leaders to align CDI initiatives with regional goals and ensure service delivery
• Designs framework for coding operations and documentation improvement while overseeing vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Coding/CDI-related leadership experience focused on risk adjustment coding in a value-based care environment
• 5+ years of program management and project leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• 5+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Relevant coding certification required (e.g., CPC, CRC, CCS)
