Licensed Clinical Education Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Excellence and Education to oversee provider education programs and network health.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the integrity of the provider network by tracking key indicators of network health
• Expand and lead the clinical education function, including defining vision and overseeing execution of provider education initiatives
• Design and curate scalable learning experiences across the provider lifecycle, including onboarding and continuing education

Required Qualifications

• Actively licensed as a therapist, clinical psychologist, Nurse Practitioner, or psychiatrist with 10+ years of clinical experience
• Deep expertise in clinical education and adult learning, with experience in designing and scaling training programs
• Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and managing educational content delivery
• Experience in a high-growth healthcare or health tech environment
• Strong data orientation with experience in measuring program effectiveness and demonstrating ROI
