Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Educator to develop and implement educational programs for healthcare clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical education, promoting clinical excellence and operational strategies
• Lead and manage educational initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize care programs
• Design and deliver educational materials and curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and adult learning principles

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in educating healthcare clinicians
• Exceptional facilitation skills and experience in training licensed and non-licensed staff
• Proficiency in EMRs, Microsoft Office, and educational design tools such as Adobe and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
