Job Summary
Leading the execution of the Clinical Experience strategy for the Prebill solution, the full-time Senior Clinical Experience Manager will manage a team, cultivate client relationships, and oversee complex engagements to enhance clinical documentation and optimize the adoption of AI-powered workflows, all while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Clinical Experience Managers, providing feedback and performance management
- Translate the Clinical Experience strategy into actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across client engagements
- Oversee clinical engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs and performance goals
Required qualifications
- Clinical expertise as an MD, DO, PA, NP, RN, or relevant clinical credential
- Deep knowledge of clinical documentation improvement, inpatient coding, and healthcare quality initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into business and educational strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for influencing diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing complex client relationships in a healthcare setting
