Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the behavioral health appeals team, providing mentorship and guidance
• Develop and communicate performance expectations while monitoring compliance and staff development
• Plan daily objectives and priorities for the team, ensuring effective resolution of appeals

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure in state of residence (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC preferred; RN with behavioral health experience considered)
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• 2+ years of appeals experience
• Master's Degree in a relevant field
