Licensed Clinical Innovation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Innovation Specialist to serve as a strategic clinical partner for enterprise health plan clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clinical programs by applying knowledge of home safety and environmental risk factors to identify members in need of interventions
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to develop risk stratification models and produce performance metrics for health plan partners
• Provide clinical consultation and expertise in partner-facing discussions, translating clinical complexities into operational strategies

Qualifications

• Clinical degree or licensure (OT, PT, or related healthcare credential)
• 5+ years of clinical experience in home-based care, LTSS populations, or environmental modifications
• Experience with health plan operations, care management, or utilization management
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting claims data and clinical information
• Experience developing clinical protocols or program frameworks in a startup or high-growth healthcare environment
