Licensed Clinical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Lead to provide quality and documentation support, training support, and direct intervention delivery for a large-scale research study.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a 6-month remote case management intervention to active-duty servicemembers
• Ensure accurate documentation of research interactions within the Military Health System
• Provide on-call crisis support and conduct suicide risk assessments to ensure participant safety

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Psychology required; Doctoral Degree preferred
• 6-8 years of relevant experience required
• Experience delivering therapeutic interventions in a virtual setting
• Current, unrestricted, independent clinician license from a U.S. state preferred
• Prior clinical experience with psychiatric inpatients or high-risk populations preferred
