Licensed Clinical Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Manager, Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead clinical team members delivering services to a portfolio of customers
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of clinical services, including assessment and care coordination
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve team processes and clinical models

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership and management experience, including supervision of teams of 15+
• 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, including EAP and management consultation
• Active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN)
• Experience with telephony and documentation tools and systems
• Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including longitudinal care management
