Job Summary
To support a thriving online learning environment, the remote full-time Licensed Clinical Mental Health Faculty will provide innovative program instruction, facilitate meaningful learning experiences, and collaborate on curriculum development in the Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health program.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver competency-based online instruction while ensuring learning objectives are met
- Conduct ongoing student assessments and provide holistic feedback to support academic growth
- Collaborate with counseling program leads on curriculum matters and stimulate class discussions to foster an engaging online culture
Required qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP-accredited program or related field
- Independently licensed or certified as a professional counselor or school counselor
- Active membership in a recognized professional counseling association (ACA or ASCA preferred)
- Evidence of advocacy, professional service, research, and scholarly activities in counseling
- Experience as a full-time faculty member in a counselor education program prior to July 1, 2013
