Job Summary
To support the Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program, the full-time Clinical Faculty & CMHC Clinical Coordinator will manage community agency relationships, oversee practicum and internship placements, and provide high-quality clinical instruction in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and cultivate relationships with clinical sites to expand the network for student placements
- Ensure compliance with state and institutional regulations, including site vetting and digital telehealth standards
- Deliver clinical instruction and support student gatekeeping processes while developing asynchronous coursework
Required qualifications
- Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP-accredited program
- Licensed in the state of residence or eligible for immediate independent licensure as an LPC, LMHC, or LCPC
- Supervisor-level credential (e.g., QS, LPC-S, ACS) with experience in multiple states
- Minimum of 2 years of post-master's clinical mental health counseling experience
- Proficient in clinical software platforms such as Tevera, Exxat, or Sonia
