Licensed Clinical Nurse Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the care coordination process, the full-time Licensed Clinical Nurse Manager will manage referral assignments, track report submissions, and collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance patient care outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee referral assignments and ensure proper caseload distribution among care coordination associates
• Track report submissions and address training needs for direct reports in a timely manner
• Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings with direct reports to align on departmental goals and provide feedback

Required qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation, including catastrophic case management
• Strong clinical skillset, including diagnostic reasoning
• Proficient in Case Management Systems and/or Electronic Medical Record Systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
