Licensed Clinical Operations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Consultant - Germany (M/F/D).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to counselors via email, phone, and chat to ensure high-quality clinical care
• Act as a point of escalation for complex customer and counselor inquiries to facilitate quality improvement
• Audit data and provide actionable clinical feedback to counselors while monitoring their qualifications

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Psychology
• Preferably licensed psychotherapist in Germany or in advanced license training
• At least 3 months of experience as a counselor in the last 2 years
• Professionally fluent in both German and English
• Analytical and metrics-driven, with a track record of data-informed decision-making
