Licensed Clinical Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, including medical management and population health management
• Provide direction and guidance to the supervisory team for the delivery of clinical services
• Ensure compliance with URAC and NCQA standards and participate in audits

Required Qualifications

• Certified RN or a postgraduate degree in clinical programs such as Pharmacy
• Experience in finance and budgeting for clinical operations
• Knowledge of URAC/NCQA regulatory requirements
• Experience in population health management and utilization management
• Deep experience working with the aging population
