Licensed Clinical Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Clinical Operations to oversee the clinical and operational infrastructure of an AI-first care clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and Quality Oversight mechanisms
• Translate clinical needs into engineering tickets for AI and product development teams
• Establish the Clinical Governance framework, including chart review processes and supervision

Required Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology with an active license
• 3+ years of experience in a mental health technology or AI startup
• Proven track record of building clinical products and designing workflows
• Deep understanding of Value-Based Care models and CMS reimbursement for behavioral health
• Strong awareness of AI applications in healthcare
