Licensed Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the integration of clinical expertise with technology, the full-time Licensed Clinical Operations Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards, focusing on either AI development and regulatory standards or product development and clinical quality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical expert across teams, providing guidance on clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Review and contribute to product documentation, clinical workflows, and AI-generated content
• Identify gaps and opportunities in features and documentation aligned with evidence-based care

Required qualifications

• Active Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent
• Meaningful direct practice experience with strong knowledge of clinical documentation and workflows
• Experience overseeing clinical quality through supervision or clinical program oversight
• Familiarity with ethics codes, insurance standards, and regulatory frameworks governing mental health care
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice frameworks or clinical research methodology
