Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical & Operations Manager to develop and manage mental health operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and implementation of clinical operations
• Recruit and manage all staff within the operational team
• Ensure clinical services are delivered in line with global standards and maintain governance protocols

Qualifications:

• Relevant clinical qualification, preferably as a Psychologist
• Registration with local medical/psychological councils
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in EAP operations
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in the EAP field
• Knowledge of telephony systems and online clinical systems
