Licensed Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing clinical team, the full-time Licensed Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the delivery of virtual EAP mental health services, ensuring operational health, clinical quality, and team performance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead clinical team members in delivering services to a portfolio of customers
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of clinical services, including assessment and ongoing care management
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve team processes and refine clinical models

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of leadership and management experience, supervising teams of 15 or more
• 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, including EAP and management consultation
• Active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN)
• Track record of building and growing high-performing teams
• Experience with telephony and documentation tools and systems
