Licensed Clinical Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical operations team, the full-time Licensed Clinical Operations Team Lead will manage a caseload while overseeing team operations, developing training programs, and providing consultation on complex cases in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload and dynamically adjust based on team capacity and case complexity
• Oversee team operations, including tracking workflows and project timelines within Smartsheet
• Develop and deliver training on management referral processes to support customer leadership needs

Required qualifications

• Independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) required
• 3+ years of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) experience, including at least 1 year in management consultation
• Strong understanding of Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and Levels of Care (LOC)
• Familiarity with clinical operations systems and workflows
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and project tracking tools preferred
