Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist, Clinical Outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee management and compliance of Clinical Manufacturer Enhanced Service and REMS Programs
• Conduct patient consultations and provide education on disease state management and medication use
• Document patient consultations and interventions in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in state of residence
• 2+ years clinical experience or completion of a clinical pharmacy practice residency
• Specialty pharmacy experience or understanding of specialty pharmacy drugs
• Experience in developing clinical, client, or manufacturer programs is preferred
