Licensed Clinical Performance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Monitor Specialist, Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts clinical file assessments to ensure adherence to required clinical standards
• Participates in the development and review of clinical review tools to capture adherence accurately
• Evaluates documentation and participates in meetings to discuss findings and recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Clinical Social Work/Counseling, or an Associate's degree with an RN and 3+ years of clinical experience
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment (inpatient or outpatient)
• 1+ year of experience in Managed Care preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs preferred
• Required license: RN, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT; CCM certification preferred
