Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Obesity Medicine and Primary Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual, billable direct-patient care focused on medication education and optimization
• Initiate, adjust, and refill medications under CDTM and compliant standing orders, emphasizing anti-obesity medications
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to monitor therapeutic outcomes and participate in interdisciplinary case reviews

Qualifications

• PharmD and active Clinical Pharmacist licensure with a willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine; additional experience in ambulatory or primary care preferred
• Experience with CDTM or collaborative practice agreements
• Passion for inclusive, patient-centric care and interest in weight-inclusive practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
