Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

Licensed Clinical Pharmacist, responsible for providing telephonic consultations regarding specialty medications and disease management in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic consultations with patients, focusing on disease state management and medication administration
• Document patient consultations and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards
• Interpret prescriptions and verify information with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication processing

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in state of residence
• At least two years of experience as a practicing licensed Pharmacist preferred
• Strong clinical background required
• Experience or understanding of Specialty Pharmacy medications desirable
